Our Team
Jabree Brooks is a highly accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of driving growth and maximizing returns. His experience encompasses all facets of financial leadership, including financial and tax compliance and reporting, investor relations, and strategic financial guidance.
Jabree has 20+ years of experience working at large institutions such as Ernst & Young, UBS, and J.P. Morgan. Most recently, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Mast Capital, a Miami based real estate development firm. Jabree has experience in identifying targets, conducting due diligence, structuring the transactions, and integrating the acquired businesses to maximize value creation. He has successfully acquired and consolidated multiple HVAC, plumbing, and electrical companies. Jabree is a CFA® Charterholder and Certified Public Accountant. He also has a M.S. in Accounting from the University of Virginia and a B.S. in Accounting from Villanova University.
